What is Sad Lifting Club?

A gym and lounge apparel brand for people who train even when they don't feel like it. Limited drops, no restocks, built to last.

What does "The Vault" mean?

The Vault is where our drops live. Each release is a limited run. Once it sells out we don't bring it back, so if you see something you want, don't sit on it.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will get a tracking email once it is on the way. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags. For the fastest size swap, return for a refund and reorder before the size sells out. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US only.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email hello@thesadliftingclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out at no cost to you.

How do I become an ambassador?

Go to our Ambassadors page and apply. We work with a small crew, so take your time with it.
